Why the audit price is public and the retainer isn't.
The audit is a fixed scope, so it has a fixed price and hiding it would just waste your
time.
Retainers are not fixed. A ten-page marketing site and a forty-thousand-page catalogue
need different crawl budgets, different query-set sizes and different amounts of
engineering attention. Quoting a single number would mean overcharging one of you.
We will give you a figure on the first call, not after three.
